Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Fees and Payments

  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Mature, well trained dogs under 100 lbs. are welcome with an additional rent of $25/night each. Max of 2 pets. No cats, due to the homeowner's allergies.
  • Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All linens and towels provided for your stay.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)

Safety and Emergency Information

  • This property is monitored by external security cameras: Camera 1 is mounted on the right of trash bin and views the entrance of the driveway. Camera 2 is a spotlight style camera mounted on the front right corner of the house; it monitors the driveway entrance and the path leading to fire pit. Camera 3 is mounted at the front door upper right corner; it monitors the front door. Camera 4 is located at the top of the garage door, right hand side; it monitors the bottom driveway. No cameras monitor the interior of the home or common gathering areas.

Additional Important Details

  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
  • Vineyard: Food and wine served. Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4pm-10pm. Sat & Sun 1pm-7pm. All visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
